Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.
